Notice to Owners and Residents

The Committee is conducting a Residents Satisfaction Survey. The survey's purpose is to:

• Find out how Residents rate services and support provided by various Service Provider;
• Ascertain factors that contribute to Residents satisfaction or dissatisfaction; and
• Give Residents a voice to influence Service Provider priorities and potential initiatives.

We would like to seek for your participation in this survey. The survey form as below can be obtained from your mailbox. Please return this survey form to Suggestion Box by 07-Mar-09.
